Craving EssenceThis blend is for when you are ready to let go of unhelpful / unhealthy patterns or habits.
Are you ashamed that your habit is a priority in your life? How much power does it have over you? Are you dependent on certain things to get you through the day? Weak-willed? Despise yourself? Use substances to escape? Compelled to seek the distractions of a heady social life?
Contains: Clematis for the sleepy, spaced out, disoriented feelings, often associated with habits. Star of Bethlehem for the effects of trauma inflicted on the system by habits. Agrimony is ideal for people who like to party to keep themselves happy. Crab Apple to cleanse the system, also to clear feelings of shame and self disgust. Tansy for procrastination and lethargy, brings the will and motivation to change. Walnut breaks the bonds of attachments and protects when feeling vulnerable. Chicory for when the void within that needs to be filled with food, etc – brings a sense of inner resource and strength. Cherry Plum for the anxiety of losing control and acting self-destructively. Self Heal to help people take more responsibility for their own healing process. Morning Glory to help people give up the need for stimulants to keep going.
Applications: For
those people who are trapped by the various habits.
It can be an attachment to a substance as common as sugar, or to a person, or even a destructive thought pattern or ritual that
can totally take over day to day life.
- This blend can
support the self-image and bring calmness, balance, plus the commitment
needed to begin the daunting task ahead, including facing the future
without the dependency. The urge to nourish rather than seeking to
maltreat the self takes root, helping
you to stay feeling positive.
- There is also a growing belief that you can
find the way to be released from the habits of the past. Craving
Essence helps to boost motivation to make progress each
day.
- Depending on how serious these habits are,
Craving Essence is particularly designed to be supportive alongside
other therapies, books or tapes that you feel might be helpful. It is
also very important indeed that the person taking the Craving Essence
really does want to give up the habit. If not, then it is less likely
to succeed.
Dosage: Take
five drops three times a day. Can be used up to six times daily if
required. Be kind and patient with yourself as the situation has taken
a
long time to take root.
Tip: Start
with Craving Essence at least a week before you plan to begin other
supportive treatment as this has been shown to be particularly helpful - you get more out of the treatment. |
