Flowers To Promote Well-being

In the 1930s Dr Bach held the belief that long term stress and unhappiness can seriously undermine health. Today we know the truth of his statement. He spent a lifetime searching for essences that could promote well-being and make people’s lives happier.

Flower Essences are chosen for how a person feels about their life. With this in mind, Jan de Vries produced a range of twelve easy-to-choose flower essence blends, designed to promote well-being.

Flower Essences are simple and easy to take — a few drops orally three times a day. Affectionately called ‘emotional nutrients’, they are a useful addition to other modes of treatment as they promote valued positivity. Like beautiful music, they can uplift and inspire, re-energising a tired system and dissipating negative emotions.

Flower Essences can help promote self knowledge and if this is unsettling at first then reduce the number of drops for a few days and allow space for rest and reflection. We may become more aware of our problems and what is blocking our path to happiness as well as viewing things in a new, more understanding light.
