Vitality Help your digestion with this PREBIOTIC drinkMolkosan Vitality is based on A.Vogel’s traditional Molkosan, rich in L(+) lactic acid. It also contains soluble fibre and green tea extract. These three ingredients endow the product with a wealth of positive health benefits. A.Vogel Molkosan Vitality comes as a powder. For each serving, simply dilute 2 teaspoons (10g) in 200ml of water to make a pleasant tasting, orange flavoured drink with only 20kcal. L(+) Lactic Acid Molkosan is a rich source of healthy L(+) lactic acid. Lactic acid exists in two forms – L(+) and D(-). In making Molkosan, the special fermentation process converts natural lactose (milk sugar) to L(+) lactic acid. L(+) lactic acid is not commonly found but is known to have a number of significant properties.
Dietary Fibre A healthy diet requires 18g to 35g of fibre a day. The average diet Dietary Fibre is up to 6g short of this ideal. Molkosan Vitality contains soluble dietary fibre as maize starch, which works synergistically with L(+) lactic acid:
