A.Vogel/Bioforce manufactures and distributes Alfred Vogel's well-known range of herbal remedies, foodstuffs and bodycare products all of which are listed here--along with other ranges which are available through A.Vogel.

The herbs used to produce the A.Vogel herbal remedy range are mainly grown in the fertile conditions of Roggwil, Switzerland using a strict organic protocol and with respect for Nature. Controlling our planting, cultivation, harvesting and GMP production helps ensure the quality of over 150 A.Vogel products.

A.Vogel Herbal Remedies

Alfred Vogel championed the cause of holistic health, encouraging his patients to examine their diet and lifestyle as well as taking herbal remedies which he created at his clinic in Switzerland.

Aesculus	Fresh 'conkers' (horse chestnut seeds) are used to produce this tincture.
Agnus castus	A tincture of the Mediterranean shrub, Agnus castus (Chaste Tree).
Atro-Bath Oil	Contains the extract of freshly harvested Arnica montana flowers.
Atrogel Arnica Gel	Atrogel is a traditional herbal medicinal product for the symptomatic relief of muscular aches, pains and stiffness, sprains, bruises and swelling after contusions, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Atrosan, Devil's Claw tablets	Atrosan is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of backache, rheumatic or muscular pain, and general aches and pains in the muscles and joints and backache, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Avena sativa	Not many people realise that oats have tremendous beneficial properties. Fresh oat seed is used to create this tincture.
Berberis vulgaris	A fresh herb tincture made from Berberis vulgaris (Barberry).
Bilberry	Bilberry leaves and stems are used in this fresh herb tincture.
Bio-Propolis	Cold sore barrier ointment.
Calendula Complex	A fresh herb tincture of Calendula (Marigold), Viola tricolor (Wild Pansy) and Echinacea purpurea.
Centaurium	A fresh herb tincture of the 'stomach bitter' Centaurium (Centaury).
Crataegus	Crataegus tincture is made from fresh berries of Hawthorn.
Cynara	Globe Artichoke is commonly eaten as a vegetable. This tincture is made from fresh Globe Artichoke leaves.
Dandelion	We encounter Dandelion (Taraxacum) most commonly as a weed, rather than in this beneficial fresh herb tincture.
Devil's Claw	A tincture of Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum) cultivated to organic protocol in the Kalahari Desert.
Dormeasan Valerian-Hops oral drops	Dormeasan Valerian-Hops is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances caused by the symptoms of mild anxiety, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Drosinula Syrup	A syrup containing Drosera and Hedera
Echinacea Complex	Combination of Echinacea purpurea and Plantago, for children over 2.
Echinacea Forte	A convenient one-a-day tablet made from fresh herb tincture of Echinacea purpurea.
Echinacea Junior	Orange flavoured chewable tablets for children made with freshly harvested Echinacea purpurea.
Echinacea Lozenges	A blend of Echinacea and other herbs, in individually wrapped lozenges.
Echinacea Throat Spray	Echinacea Throat Spray contains extracts of (A.Vogel's) Echinacea purpurea, combined with Sage.
Echinaforce	A traditional herbal remedy used for the symptomatic relief of colds, flu and influenza type infections. Always read the leaflet.
Echinaforce Junior Colds and Flu tablets	A tradional hebal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of the common cold and influenza type infections. Always read the leaflet.
Eleutherococcus	This herb is more commonly known as Siberian Ginseng.
Euphrasia	A fresh herb tincture of the delightful meadow flower, Eyebright.
Frangula Complex	Tablets made from a combination of Frangula, Cascara, Fumitory, Milk Thistle, Nettle and Aloe vera.
Galeopsis	This tincture contains Hemp Nettle (Galeopsis segetum).
Ginkgo biloba	This fresh herb tincture is made from the leaves of amazing Ginkgo tree, known as the Memory Tree.
Ginkgo biloba one-a-day tablets	Ginkgo has been known to help maintain healthy circulation. It may also help maintain blood flow to the brain.
Ginkgoforce	A traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the relief of symptoms of Raynaud's syndrome and tinnitus exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Ginsavena	This tincture is a combination of Eleutherococcus (Siberian Ginseng) and Avena sativa (oats).
Golden Rod Tea Bags	A tea comprising Golden Rod, Wild Pansy, Horsetail, Knotgrass & Birch.
Hawthorn-Garlic Complex	A combination of Garlic, Hawthorn, Passiflora and Wheat Germ Oil in a capsule.
Helix Slim	A vegetable, Jerusalem Artichoke, is contained in the fresh herb tincture. Also available in tablet form.
Hypericum	This is a fresh herb tincture of St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum).
Hypericum Complex	This fresh herb tincture is a combination of St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Melissa and Hops.
Hyperiforce St John's Wort tablets	Hyperiforce St John's Wort is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve slightly low mood and anxiety, exclusively based on long-standing use as a traditional herbal remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Ivy-Thyme Complex	Ivy (Hedera helix) and Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) are combined in this tincture.
Kelp	Kelp tablets are made from Pacific seaweed and naturally contain iodine.
Knotgrass Complex	This is one of Alfred Vogel's first remedies. Knotgrass, Golden Rod, Birch, Nettle and Horsetail all come together in this Complex.
Linoforce	These effective granules contain Linseed, Senna and Frangula.
Luffa Complex	A tincture including Sponge Cucumber (Luffa), Heartseed, American Spikenard and four other tropical herbs. Also tablets made from the tincture.
Menoforce Sage Tablets	Menoforceis a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of excessive sweating associated with menopausal hot flushes, including night sweats exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Menosan	Freshly havested Sage (Salvia officinalis), a very popular herb with women, is used in this preparation.
Milk Thistle Complex	A combination of Milk Thistle, Globe Artichoke (Cynara), Peppermint, Boldo and Dandelion.
Nature-C Tablets	Fruit tablets containing natural vitamin C and flavonoids.
Passiflora Complex	This fresh herb tincture of Passiflora (Passion Flower) and Avena sativa (oats).
Plantago	This preparation contains the fresh herb extract of Plantago (Lance Leaf Plantain).
Po-Ho Oil	A combination of essential oils such as Peppermint , Eucalyptus, and Caraway.
Prostasan Saw Palmetto Capsules	Prostasan Saw Palmetto is a traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the relief of lower urinary tract symptoms in men who have a confirmed diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Santasapina	A syrup containing spruce and honey.
Saw Palmetto	Tincture of oily Saw Palmetto berries grown to organic protocol in Florida. Also known as Sabal serrulata.
Solidago Complex	This tincture is a combination of the fresh herbs Solidago (Golden Rod), Birch, Horsetail and Restharrow.
Spilanthes	This fresh herb tincture contains the extract of Spilanthes (Paracress).
St John's Wort Oil	This oil is used externally to nourish the skin.
Swiss Garlic Capsules	Capsules containing concentrated Garlic.
Tormentil Complex	Tormentil and Avena sativa (oats) are combined in this fresh tincture.
Urtica	We are all familiar with the Stinging Nettle (Urtica) This fresh herb tincture captures the benefits of this commonly found herb.
Urticalcin	Urticalcin tablets contain Stinging Nettle, calcium salts and silica.
Uva-ursi Complex	A fresh herb complex containing Uva-ursi and Echinacea purpurea was created for his patients by Alfred Vogel.
Valeriana	Valerian, with its unusual aroma, has been valued for many years.
Valerian-Hops Complex	This organic fresh herb tincture contains unpollinated Hops and the root of Valarian.
Venaforce Horse Chestnut GR tablets	Venaforce is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of symptoms associated with varicose veins, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the leaflet.
Venagel	Venagel contains the extract of Aesculus hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) seeds. It helps to cool, soothe and relieve tired, heavy and uncomfortable legs.
Viola tricolor	The delightful Wild Pansy (Viola tricolor) is used to create this fresh herb tincture.
Vogel's Detox Box	A complete 10 day detox programme, containing Milk Thistle Complex, Calendula Complex, Frangula Complex and Solidago Complex.
Wheat Germ Oil capsules	Cold pressed from Wheat Germ oil in capsule form for convenience.
Yarrow Complex	A fresh herbal tincture with Yarrow, Dandelion, Centaury & Melissa. Available in: 50ml

Chamomile Ointment	This ointment contains seven herbs including Chamomile, Calendula and Witch Hazel.
Comfrey Cream	Containing fresh extract of Comfrey.
Dentaforce Mouthspray, Mouthwash & Toothpaste	This range of dental products is prepared from a number of herbs such as Rhatany.
Echinacea Cream	This beneficial cream combines Viola tricolor (Wild Pansy) with Echinacea purpurea.
Echinacea Toothpaste	This toothpaste contains a number of beneficial herbs including Echinacea, Bilberry and Tormentil.
Salt of the Earth Deodorant & Body Spray	Made from naturally occurring crystallised mineral salts from Thailand. This deodorant is hypoallergenic and fragrance free.

Alfred Vogel believed that you are what you eat! Eating should be pleasurable and good for the health. Food should be organic and made from natural ingredients--then it will taste good and also be healthy.

Bambu	Bambu is an organic alternative to coffee, made with chicory, figs, wheat, malted barley and acorns.

Alfalfa	Alfalfa sprouts are considered one of the most nutritionally concentrated sprouts, containing high levels of protein, calcium, carotene, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, potassium, zinc and other minerals.
Detox Mix	Containing a mixture of red clover, white radish, mung beans and lentils. This combination will help any detox programme and also act as a mild diuretic.

For centuries, the Neem tree has been known in India as 'the village pharmacy' due to its many and varied beneficial properties.
