Do you have a complaint?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with a product or any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can rectify the problem. There is no 30-day limit with Bioforce (UK) Ltd, but, please note, any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.


Should you wish to return or exchange any product you have purchased from Bioforce (UK) Ltd., we will gladly exchange them or offer a refund. In this instance it would be most helpful if you could first contact our Customer Support Line on 0800 085 0821


For your own security, please remember to obtain proof of posting when making a return.
