Delivering your order

Delivery times and charges for the UK

Your order will be dispatched within one working day. Most orders are sent by post and should arrive within 3 days of ordering. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Larger orders are sent by courier and should arrive within 2 days of ordering. If you require an urgent delivery of your order, please call us on 0800 085 0821, before placing your order. (Please note: There will be an additional charge for urgent deliveries).

All orders over £20 are delivered free of charge.

Orders under £20 are charged £2.00 post and packaging.

Delivery times and charges for international orders

Your order will be despatched within one working day and will be delivered by FedEx. (Please note: FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes as a signature is required as proof of delivery. If you can not provide a full postal address please email us for an alternative delivery option - enquiries@avogel.co.uk). For delivery times and charges please see table below.

 

Please note: Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with a product or any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can rectify the problem. There is no 30-day limit with Bioforce (UK) Ltd, but, please note, any claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.


Should you wish to return or exchange any product you have purchased from Bioforce (UK) Ltd., we will gladly exchange them or offer a refund. In this instance it would be most helpful if you could first contact our Customer Support Line on 0800 085 0821 or ++44 1294 204776 from outside the UK.


For your own security, please remember to obtain proof of posting when making a return.


Our Customer Support Line is manned 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. At all other times, please leave a message on our voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
