A.Vogel How to cope with stress.
If you can cut down on the amount of stress you are experiencing, then this will in turn help to combat the symptoms of low mood and anxiety.

Try to:-
Avoid nicotine, alcohol & caffeine
These stimulants will only add to your stress symptoms.  Eat well & sensibly, and hydrate by drinking plenty of water
Do some physical activitiesExercise produces ‘good mood’ substances in the brain.  Walks, going to the gym, yoga, or relaxation techniques are great stress busters.
Relax with a stress reduction technique
Books, CD’s, workshops, etc offer tips and techniques on useful breathing or relaxation exercises.
Get plenty of sleepSleep is essential for the body to function properly.  Aim to get about 7 to 8 hours sleep each night.
Agree once in a while!Even though everyone is entitled to an opinion, life shouldn’t be a constant battleground.  Try to avoid conflict. 
Learn to accept what you cannot changeAs the saying goes..”accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, & the wisdom to know the difference.” 
Listen to your bodyLearn to recognise stress & anger in your day and counter it immediately.
Learn how to say ‘no’Simple…but effective.  Where a ‘no’ is the right response, say it without guilt. 
Manage your time more effectivelyTake one thing at a time.  A useful strategy for dealing with a sense of being overwhelmed by all the things that need attention is prioritising
