Low Mood and Anxiety Life can be hectic.
Often we don't have
enough time for ourselves and as we get older we seem to get more than
our fair share of sadness, frustration, or stress. So it's not
surprising that many of us feel down at some time, particularly in the
darker, colder days of winter.
Feeling low can lead to anxiety, sleeplessness, headaches and sometimes even an upset digestive system.
Often
these kinds of feelings pass or lessen within a short period of time,
but sometimes we need a little help to start seeing the
sunny side of life again.
Symptoms include:
- Feeling low
- Anxious
- Stressed
