Disturbed Sleep? Are you getting enough sleep?
For many of us, sleep is taken for granted, but in Britain around 70 per cent of us suffer from some sort of sleep disturbance.
Good
quality sleep is essential for the body to work properly and although
the amount we need varies from person to person it is something that we
can not do without if we want to be able to continue with our daily
routines.
Disturbed sleep is often the result of stress, tension
and/or mild anxiety and can cause symptoms such as headaches, memory and
concentration problems, fatigue and low mood.
Symptoms include:
