Tinnitus Find a solution
Tinnitus is a condition whereby your auditory
system creates sounds that are not actually there, so you hear ringing,
buzzing or swooshing noises that are not audible to anyone else. Tinnitus may occur in either or both ears, and may come and go at varying
levels. Fortunately there are many avenues to pursue in order to alleviate or solve the condition. Check with your doctor to see if there is a build up of wax in your ear, or an ear infection, or if you have high/low blood pressure. Also check the medication you are using as this can sometimes cause tinnitus , even everyday medications such as those for asthma*. In noisy environments protect your ears with earplugs but don't use earphones when listening to music. Avoid caffeine and nicotine but taking Vitamin B and magnesium may also help. A dairy free diet can also help keep catarrhal congestion in check.
