Open to amateur photographers in Britain & Ireland only.

Only digital photos sent by email will be accepted.

Photographs should be submitted in .jpeg format and must be 300dpi and a maximum of 2MB in size.

Photographs must have been taken during 2008 by the sender who holds full copyright.

The photographer is also responsible for gaining permission to publish photograph from anyone pictured therein.

Any photograph submitted must be original, un-retouched and must be previously unpublished.

In entering the Photographic Competition the photographer agrees to grant A.Vogel a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish or otherwise use the material online or in print. This may include use by A.Vogel companies worldwide, all of which are reputable companies who are prohibited from making material available to other websites or print media.

The photographer will retain the copyright to all photographs entered. If your image is used, A.Vogel will endeavour to publish the photographer’s name with the image.

At no time should the photographer endanger him/herself or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws in taking these photographs.

The winning three entries will be selected by a panel of judges and the winners notified by email. The judges decision is final.

Entries from A.Vogel employees or their families are not permitted.
