Could the menopause affect the size of my boobs? I feel that they have got bigger recently and I was suffering breast pain a few months ago?

The menopause can affect the breasts and pain, discomfort, change is size/shape are all common symptoms.

Lowering/fluctuating levels of oestrogen are usually to blame so you may find oestrogen balancing supplements such as Menopause Support, Black cohosh or Red Clover beneficial.

You may find a kelp supplement helpful for any discomfort but is is always best to get any breast changes checked by your doctor as well.

As breast size and shape can change quite dramatically at this time it is also important to get properly measured for your bras as an ill-fitting bra can sometimes contribute to discomfort.
