Due to the amount of time between your last periods and now, it is very unlikely that your hot flushes and aches are being caused by a hormonal imbalance.
I would suspect that you either have a thyroid imbalance (which your doctor can test for) or have some food intolerances that are causing you to flush and hurt. Your doctor can arrange food allergy testing too, which might be the quickest way to find out.
