It is still a little young to be approaching the menopause at your age, although it may happen if other close female relatives started at this time.
Low iron, low thyroid, and low vitamin D can all cause similar symptoms so it is best to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
In the meantime, it may be a good idea to take a good female multi-vitamin supplement to support your body generally.
