It is virtually impossible to go through the menopause twice. However, thyroid problems can cause menopause-like symptoms so it may be more to do with that.
If you are on any thyroid medication it may be an idea to speak to your doctor about re-checking it. Stress, low iron and low vitamin D can also be contributory factors so you could ask your doctor to test for these as well.
