Just how healthy are your muscles and joints?

Find out how flexible you areTo further confuse matters, most articles and commentators seem to use the terms Fibromyalgia and Fibrositis interchangeably.
Can I suggest a couple of key products to consider?
The first is Ginkgo biloba, which, in its whole-leaf form, aids oxygen delivery to nerves and muscles affected by compromised circulation, something known to be affected in FM.
The second product would be either CoEnzyme Q10 in a form called Ubiquinone, especially if you are taking statin medications for cholesterol, or magnesium citrate which would be best if you are a big tea drinker or suffer stress and anxiety.
In it's whole-leaf form (called 'holistically standardised'), Ginkgo is safe to take with other medicines (conventionally 'standardised' Ginkgo products are not), Co Q10 capsules may clash with blood thinning medications and magnesium may clash with antibiotics, certain diuretics and warfarin, so please consider these points if you are taking medicines from the doctor.
Please try a 6 week course of whatever suitable remedy you choose.
Best wishes
Earle
