Take the sleep testIt is hard to say how long insomnia can last, as everyone is so different.
Most people during their life will experience bouts of sleeplessness that can last anything from a few days to a few weeks, but some people suffer for longer than that. It really is too individual for me to say.
What I would say is that if you are suffering with sleeplessness at the moment, try our sleep remedy Dormeasan® for up to four weeks, and if the problem does not improve in that time I would see your GP just to make sure there is no medical issue causing it.
