There are a number of things you can do naturally to help anxiety such as vitamin and herbal supplementation, change of diet and therapies such as hypnosis or NLP.
You could look at remedies such as AvenaCalm or Passiflora and I would also add in a magnesium supplement and a vitamin B Complex.

Diet is really important, high consumption of sugar, salt, coffee, alcohol and fizzy drinks can trigger anxiety attacks so try to avoid these and concentrate on healthy foods and drinks.
Rest and relaxation are important too so try to get 30 minutes 'me-time' every day!
