Worry is a troublesome thing affecting us mentally, physically and emotionally.
It's hard to say why your might be worrying, without knowing more about the causes, your age etc. but unfortunately it can become like a bad habit and a vicious cycle.
There are however, a great many ways to ease it but it requires persistence and patience.
I have written two blogs which I hope may give you some useful suggestions:
Is fear flooring you or is it false evidence appearing real?
Steps to put a stop to negative thinking
When we are under stress our body also becomes depleted of important vitamins and minerals which help nourish the nervous system.
You could try taking a good vitamin B complex in the morning with breakfast (ask your local health food shop for guidance regarding brand) as well as a magnesium supplement in the evening (Salus Haus Magnesium for example).
Passiflora Complex taken in the daytime and evening has been used traditionally for many years to help ease anxiety and nervous tension, so you may like to try this too though please allow a week or two to feel the effects.
Relaxing Essence may also be a useful addition as the flower essence help to restore emotional balance.
I hope his information may at least give you some guidance about how to deal with worry and help you find some techniques to relax.
With best wishes
