Helianthus tuberosus is also known as the Jerusalem Artichoke and is part of the sunflower family of plants.

Legend has it that in the 17th Century, Helianthus tuberosus made the journey across the Atlantic from its native America. Said to taste like the ‘common’ artichoke, the ‘sunseeker’ (or Gensirola in Italian), it soon became a staple food throughout Europe.

Helix Slim (Helianthus) tincture

Ingredients:
Tinctures of organically grown, fresh Helianthus tuberosus (Jerusalem Artichoke) roots, extracted in alcohol (50%V/V).

Directions for use:
Adults: 15 drops in a little water, 3 times daily. For best results, take continuously for 12 weeks.
Maintenance: 15 drops in a little water, once daily with your main meal.
