Medicinal Plants Face Extinction
Hundreds
of medicinal plants are at risk of extinction, according to Botanic
Gardens Conservation International, which conducted an extensive survey
and identified 400 plants at risk. The group represents botanic gardens
across 120 countries, and identifies the causative factors as including
