Red Clover contains phytoestrogens called isoflavones, thought to be helpful for women during the menopause. Red Clover sprouts look like alfalfa sprouts and have a mild, sweet flavour. They are easy to grow and an excellent source of vital nutrients.
How to use Red Clover

Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For
best results, sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.

Water: Twice
daily
