Best day-to-day rules for supporting your gut health ? Hey, we’re all human, we’re all busy, and believe me when I say I can also struggle to keep up with maintaining everything day to day, but little, simple habits can often be the key to success, and this applies to your gut health too. 1. Variety. Variety in your diet is key. It’s often the simplest habits, such as planning food shops ahead which can make all the difference. Variety in the diet in terms of plant-based foods, directly translates into a variety of good gut bugs ??? 2. Hydration. Yet again, the simplest habits often make for the most effective change. Mental, physical, digestive, you name it, all systems can improve with more focus on hydration ? 3. Consistency. Across the board, arguably the hardest habit to keep up, but definitely the most rewarding. Trying new habits, but try and keep them up to really feel the difference ??‍♀️ 4. Less Stress. And lastly, not 100% food related – but crucial - trying to find overall peace and balance, as this will pass to the gut, so dedicating time to you, and finding what works for you??‍♀️?✨ Follow on for more ??

Best day-to-day rules for supporting your gut health

Hey, we’re all human, we’re all busy, and believe me when I say I can also struggle to keep up with maintaining everything day to day, but little, simple habits can often be the key to success, and this applies to your gut health too. So, here they are - the recipe for gut success.

1. Variety

Variety in your diet is key. It’s often the simplest habits, such as planning food shops ahead which can make all the difference. Variety in the diet in terms of plant based foods, directly translates into a variety of good gut bugs.

2. Hydration

Yet again, the simplest habits often make for the most effective change. Mental, physical, digestive, you name it, all systems can improve with more focus on hydration.

3. Consistency

Across the board, arguably, consistency can be the hardest habit to keep up, but definitely the most rewarding. Trying new habits, but try and keep them up to really feel the difference.

4. Stress Less

And lastly, not all 100% food related – but trying to find overall peace and balance, reducing stress during waking hours is crucial, as we know with the strong gut-brain axis, this will pass directly to the digestive tract, including the tummy and the gut. So, dedicating time to you, and finding what works for you, to promote more calm throughout your system.✨ Follow on  my social media channels for more.
