1. Rinse the lentils in a sieve in cold water.
2. Place the lentils, carrots, onion and Herbamare® Bouillon
vegetable stock into a pan and simmer for approximately 10

carrots and lentils are soft.
4. Serve, and garnish with fresh coriander.
