A simple guacamole recipe made with avocados, tomatoes and chilli flakes, this delicious dip can be made in minutes. Serve with tortilla crisps for a delicious party nibble or healthy snack.
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone.
2. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork.
3. Add in the crushed garlic clove, lime juice, chilli and chopped cherry tomatoes. Mix well. To serve, season with pepper and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves!
