background

I have lower back pain. I do physical exercise nearly every morning (press ups, squats) and walk 1 kilometer in the evening. However, when I sit, and sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I feel terrible back pain. It does ease a little after I get moving and I already try to sleep on my back. Can you advise me on what other exercises I can add to my routine?
