Did you know?
Peanut butter is a great food to fuel up on before a 5K or 10K because of its low GI, high carbohydrate and high protein content.
What to eat before a 5K or 10KHi there, I think you would benefit from trying some of our exercise videos - simply clear some space in your living room or, if the weather's ok, you can do these in the garden too. I have put the link to these videos below so that you can get started.

You can also find a variety of exercise videos on YouTube by typing in 'yoga' or 'pilates', should you want to give either off these things a go. Again, these can be done in the comfort of your own home whenever you find a spare minute.
Remember, something as simple as walking to the shops instead of driving can also help you get in a little bit more movement as well.
Finally, I have a blog called 'easy stretches to do at your desk' which you could try whilst sitting down in the evening, or if you get a spare moment. This is a good way to keep the muscles and joints moving and to prevent them from becoming achy or stiff.
