Read some of our customer ratingsIt depends on what you are comparing the fruit teas to, and also which variety you are choosing to drink.
Generally speaking, herbal and fruit teas contain less caffeine than breakfast tea or coffee. Also, some varieties, such as nettle tea, offer particular health benefits (this option is useful for hayfever sufferers as nettle is a natural antihistamine).
However, that being said, some brands will add artificial flavourings, colourings and sugars to fruit teas so they aren't always as healthy as we might expect (though definitely still a much better option than, say having some fizzy juice!). My advice would be to look out for natural brands of fruit tea (Clipper is one) and keep hydrated by drinking plenty of plain water alongside it.
