Read some of our customer ratingsFor some general support you could try our Pollinosan Hayfever Tablets which address both hayfever and allergic rhinitis symptoms including sneezing, itchy skin and a sore throat. Alongside this you could try our Pollinosan Nasal Spray which is very soothing. It is quite helpful in clearing the nose of allergens if you are experiencing problems there.
After contact with an animal wash your hands quickly and, if possible, change your clothes when you get home. This will avoid spreading any animal dander (the stuff that causes allergy symptoms) around the home.
Alongside this, you should try to up your vitamin C intake as this is a natural anti-histamine meaning it could help to ease your symptoms. Oranges are the obvious choice, but remember things like broccoli, potatoes and red and green peppers also contain vitamin C too. You may also find that nettle tea is also helpful as this has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
