Read some of our customer ratingsFor some general support, you could try our Pollinosan Hayfever Tablets which address allergic rhinitis symptoms including an irritated nose or eyes. These are made from a selection of herbs, including the herb Luffa, which is traditionally used in the management of allergy symptoms. You can take these for as long as is necessary but if your symptoms worsen or there is no improvement, you may want to consult your doctor or try an alternative treatment. The Luffa tincture is another traditional remedy you may wish to try.
Our Pollinosan Nasal Spray is very soothing and is quite helpful in clearing the nose of allergens if you are experiencing problems there. It can be used for longer periods of time.
In addition to using natural remedies, there are a few steps you can take to minimise the impact of animal dander around the home. This includes cleaning regularly (including all those hard-to-reach spots!) and using an air purifier. Steps to look after your immune system and help your body fight allergies may also be helpful, such as getting more vitamin C and drinking nettle tea on a regular basis.

It is not uncommon for allergy symptoms to develop in adulthood so, although it is quite frustrating, it is perfectly normal. The fact that we are all spending more time at home at the moment may also make matters worse. However, I hope you find these tips helpful and they bring you some relief soon.
