There are several possible reasons for these symptoms. Poor circulation is one, though we should also consider things like low iron, low vitamin B12 and low thyroid. The best advice I can give is to ask your GP to test these heath conditions.
In the meantime, you could look at taking Ginkgo biloba to help maintain healthy circulation. A vitamin B complex will also help to support the nervous system.
