Would an enlarged prostate gland affect my kidneys?

If urine is retained in large amounts (as it may be with severe prostate enlargement) then eventually this will impact negatively on your kidneys.

This can be very serious, so if you think you have kidney problems this is something you need to get properly diagnosed by your doctor.
