There are a few nutrients that can support the general health of our eyes, such as vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc and omega 3, so you may want to get more of these. I would focus on getting these nutrients though your diet first, though, before turning to a supplement.
Foods rich in vitamin A include sweet potato and leafy green veg, and vitamin C can be found in strawberries, broccoli and peppers. Zinc is found in nuts and seeds, wheat germ and pumpkin seeds and oily fish has lots of omega 3.
