I woke this morning with very puffy eyes and although they have gone done quite a bit, they are still puffy. I take antihistamine tablets already but went to the chemist who gave me antihistamine eye drops!! Any ideas please?

The pollen combinations can change on a daily basis and this may be why your eyes have suddenly reacted (but check that you haven't just changed washing powder/ fabric conditioner as this on pillow cases may be a factor!).
