I have been suffering with ENT congestion for some time now and I'm taking Plantago. I wondered if I could take Echinacea and Vitamin C together or should I take at different times?

It is fine to take Echinacea and Vitamin C with Plantago.

If you are taking the Echinacea drops you can mix this with the Plantago and take together.

You may also find a high strength garlic supplement helpful as well. This is traditionally used for clearing catarrh and many people find that whilst using a treatment regime they fare better if they omit wheat and dairy from their diet.

These foods can be mucus forming so may actually contribute to the problem!
