I have had flu like symptoms since Monday, it started with diarrhoea and sickness on the Monday and a sore throat which quickly went to a full on cold body shakes fever and generally just feeling terrible. I was in bed till Wednesday, felt so weak, I'm still not feeling great, my chest is now very tight, constant headache with my sinus pain, is this just normal flu?
