I have had flu like symptoms since Monday, it started with diarrhoea and sickness on the Monday and a sore throat which quickly went to a full on cold body shakes fever and generally just feeling terrible. I was in bed till Wednesday, felt so weak, I'm still not feeling great, my chest is now very tight, constant headache with my sinus pain, is this just normal flu?
It does sound like the flu but if you are still feeling really unwell it is best to seek medical advice.
NHS 24 should be able to give a diagnosis. To aid recovery you could try Echinacea as this is traditionally used for treating the symptoms of colds and flu.
