Sore throats. Symptoms, causes, remedies and when to see the doctor

Echinacea is a traditional herb known to aid the body in its fight against colds and flu by supporting the immune system – but not all Echinacea is the same! Research shows that the fresher the herb, the more effective the remedy will be, which is why our Echinaforce cold and flu remedies are made using freshly harvested Echinacea.

Yes, acid reflux can give rise to sore throats. For this, we would suggest the use of a group of herbs known as stomach bitters - they can be found in the A.Vogel product known as Digestisan.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unwell. If you need further help with your symptoms, you could try the Echinacea and Sage throat spray - they work in a different way from the medicines you have been given and there are no contraindications in taking these together. If your symptoms persist beyond 10 days, go back to your doctor as persistent infections should not be ignored.
