Those of you who regularly read my blogs will know how much I go on about diet, relaxation and exercise and I do sometimes feel like I am nagging, but I was so heartened to find that many of you have researched and tried these things for yourselves with great results. You have found that sometimes it is the little tweaks that you give to your lifestyle that has the most impact. So many of you have given up coffee, sugar/processed foods and alcohol and have made an effort to make time for a regular exercise regime, and now feel so much better. Keep up the good work and let me know how you get on!
For those of you still struggling, please don’t give up. Finding what works for you is very much trial and error and it can take a little while to get it right. If your symptoms are severe then do go and seek help. Complementary therapies such as Nutrition, Herbalism, Naturopathy or Acupuncture can often be really effective, so worth looking into. However, if you feel your own doctor is not helping don’t be fobbed off; remember this is your National Health Service, we pay for it and we deserve to be treated properly and sympathetically!
