No, this is not normal and probably not linked to the menopause.
It could be due to a fall in your blood pressure, anaemia, a thyroid imbalance, a vitamin D deficiency - allsorts of possibilities, and you will need to get the doctor onto the job of checking out which is the cause.
Once we know the cause I can advise on the best way to tackle it.
