Some women do suffer from frequent flushes; however, it should have slowed down by now so there may be another underlying reason.
These symptoms could also be caused by low iron, low thyroid or low vitamin D so it is a good idea to see your doctor and ask to be tested for them if they haven't done so already.
In the meantime you may find sage helpful for the flushes and Dormeasan for sleep. Headaches can often be helped by magnesium so taking a daily supplement may be of benefit as well.
