It usually takes about 2 years for your hormones to balance after your periods stop and many women can get symptoms at this time.
Your symptoms are common ones - nausea is often caused by fluctuating oestrogen (a bit like morning sickness in pregnancy!), so you may find Menopause Support helpful as this is traditionally used to gently raise and balance oestrogen, thus reducing symptoms.
Sage is often used for the flushes. However, low iron and low thyroid can often appear at this age and both can cause similar symptoms so it is a good idea to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out.
Stress and anxiety can be another contributory factor and if your sleep is getting disturbed by sweats this can make all your symptoms worse, so if this is you then dealing with the stress and sleep is really important too!
