Changing periods are often one of the first signs that you are approaching the menopause and you are in the average age range of 45-55, so it is possible.
Periods at this point can vary between heavy and light, on time, late, early, missing, long, or short! Falling oestrogen at this time can also have quite an effect on mood making us more likely to get upset, angry, impatient, or moody just to name a few!
You may find Menopause Support helpful as this is known to gently raise and balance oestrogen thus reducing symptoms. It also contains magnesium which is needed for mood, relaxation, and sleep!
Acupuncture can often be really good for this so it is worth looking into.
It is also very important to talk to those around you so that they know what you are going through, rather than thinking this is really how you are going to treat them!
And, if stress is also an issue, you could try Stress Relief Daytime or Avena Calm to take the edge off things.
