B Vitamins can be very helpful during the menopause as they are needed for mood, relaxation, digestion and lots of other things! It is best to take a Vitamin B Complex which will contain them all.
A B 50mg is the usual dose but if you are very stressed or anxious then you can can take 1 twice a day. Your local healthshop can advice on a good brand. Different B vits are found in different foods so having a good, healthy and varied diet should cover them all to some degree. Vitamin E is usually found in grains such as wheat, nuts and seeds and soya.
