You are considered through the menopause after not having had any periods for 2 years so you would now be considered post-menopausal.
As you are well through the menopause, your symptoms are unlikely to be hormonal based.
They could be caused by a number of factors such as low iron, or low thyroid, or low vitamin D so I am glad to hear that you are going to see your doctor.
Digestive problems, especially if they don't get better, do need to be checked out too.
Stress can also be a contributory factor so if this is you then you may find a stress remedy such as Valerian helpful.
