It is important to go back to your doctor with these symptoms, it may be more to do with the type of HRT you are taking and your doctor can check this out. Also do be careful about coming off HRT should you wish to do so. Coming off quickly can crash your nervous system making you feel a lot worse for many months! It is best to take at least 6 months to gently come off and this allows the body to re-adjust healthily. This will also show whether your body still needs any support such as soya.
In the meantime I would suggest a good female multivit, extra magnesium for better mood and acupuncture can be really effective for rebalancing the body after a hysterectomy or coming off HRT.
