Most women find that their symptoms tail off after 2 years without a period, but this can depend on your general health, diet, and stress levels.
Some women do find that their symptoms can go on for years afterwards. If this is the case then it is best to get them checked out by the doctor, as there may be other underlying causes such as low thyroid, low iron or low vitamin D and these will need treating.
