background

I am 44 and for the past year have been troubled with erratic periods, flooding on some months and hardly any bleeding on others. My main problem however is the breast tenderness. Again some months it is not too bad but others it goes on for 2 weeks and is soooo sore. I am taking Chinese Shatavari which seems to keep the regularity somewhere near normal but doesn't help with the tenderness. Are there any herbal recommendations?

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
