I am 45, my period last month was late by about 1 week. This months im so far late by 10days, I have still not got it. Have I become menopausal?

This is possible, although you are a little young. Sometimes changes in the cycle start quite a long time before the menopause really kicks in. However, other things can cause your periods to slow down, such as stress, lack of iron, or thyroid problems. It's therefore sensible to check with your doctor, who can do blood tests to see what is going on.
