You could try a combination of sage and Dormeasan.
Sage is traditionally used for flushes and sweats, and you can take 1 tablet with your evening meal.
Dormeasan is traditionally used to help aid sleep and is taken just before bed.
Check your caffeine intake - even an afternoon cup of coffee can trigger sleep problems during the menopause so it is best avoided, if possible.
